Housed in a historic building, the design honors its original architecture while introducing modern warmth and intentional contrast. From preserved penny tile and timeworn radiators to the vibrant yellow bathroom tile reimagined with fresh perspective, every detail has been considered with care.

The top floor will become a bright, inviting venue for weddings and gatherings, while each space throughout the building will hold its own sense of character and calm.
